Established on September 5, 2000, the Rotaract Club of Lucena South is a community of student leaders, young professionals, and passionate changemakers united by a shared commitment to service. Chartered under Rotary International District 3820 and proudly sponsored by the Rotary Club of Lucena South, we live by our motto: Fellowship Through Service.
Over the past 24 years, our club has grown into one of the most awarded and impactful Rotaract clubs in the Philippines.
Leadership and Legacy
We take pride in producing six District Rotaract Representatives (DRRs), including the historic appointment of PDRR Imelda Abarca as the first elected Pilipinas Rotaract MDIO Chairperson from RID 3820. The club also produced its first DRR, PDRR Rebecca Villanueva-Labit, even before re-chartering in 2000.
Hall of Fame Excellence
From RY 2014–2015 to RY 2024–2025, the Rotaract Club of Lucena South was named Most Outstanding Club for 11 consecutive years, earning the first Hall of Fame title in District 3820. This was made possible through the dedicated leadership of Past Presidents including:

Several of these initiatives were recognized as Outstanding Community Service Projects by Pilipinas Rotaract MDIO.
In RY 2024–2025, we became the top contributor to The Rotary Foundation from RID 3820.
Regional and International Engagement
We are proud co-founders of the Give a Hand Project, a collaboration with clubs from Visayas and Mindanao, and later, with the Rotaract Club of Metro Bacolod. We’ve also hosted and supported:
