August 9 —The Rotaract Club of Lucena South joined fellow Rotaract clubs of Area 3 in the District 3820 Kick-off Project, held at Sacred Heart College, Lucena City. The event marked the official start of the new Rotary year and showcased a united commitment to address pressing community needs through collaborative action.

Organized in partnership with various NGOs, the project featured initiatives aligned with Rotary’s Areas of Focus, including Disease Prevention and Treatment, Supporting the Environment, and other key advocacies. A highlight of the day was the Donation Drive at Quezon Medical Center, hosted by RAC Cosmopolitan Lucena, RAC Tiaong Transforming New Generation, RAC Lucena Circle, RAC Sacred Heart College, and RAC Lucban, benefiting local health care workers.
RAC Lucena South contributed by donating food for the medical staff of Quezon Medical Center, recognizing their vital role in maintaining community health and well-being.

The program also included a series of insightful talks from guest speakers:

- Ilan Enverga – On Leaving No One Behind: How to Turn Conversations into Conferences Leading to Commitment

The club was represented by Vice President Crizelle Belmonte, Secretary Claude Garcia, Directors Aira Eubion and JM Abulencia, Past President Paul Escobar, and members Reuben Profugo, Christian Garcia, Christian Reyes, and Kathlin Jamin.
Through this joint endeavor with Area 3 and District 3820, RAC Lucena South reaffirms its dedication to uniting for good and building stronger, healthier communities.
