Lucena City, July 12, 2025 — The Dugtong Buhay Year 7 blood donation drive concluded successfully today, collecting a total of 62 blood units in a collaborative effort between local Rotary and Rotaract clubs, partners, and volunteers.

This life-saving mission was held in partnership with JMar Herbs Inc. alongside the Rotary Club of Lucena South, Rotary Club of Lucena Circle, Rotary Club of Lucena South Premier, Rotaract Club of Lucena South, and Rotaract Club of Lucena Circle. The event showcased the community’s spirit of generosity and commitment to public health.

Donors and partner organizations demonstrated the profound impact of collective action, proving that true heroes are those who willingly roll up their sleeves to give life to others.

Key partners who played crucial roles in this successful endeavor included the Philippine Red Cross - Lucena Chapter, JCI Lucena, Lady Eagles Club, the Matanglawin Lucena City Chapter, Matanglawin Elite, Matanglawin, Hermano’s Finest Titanium Lady Eagles Club, the Provincial Health Office, and the Quezon Provincial Health Network.
