The Rotaract Club of Lucena South proudly hosted the Pre-Rotaract District Leadership Seminar 2025, a flagship event organized by Rotaract District 3820 under the leadership of District Rotaract Representative-Elect (DRRE) Luis Hidalgo and Learning & Development Chair PP Paul Escobar.

Held over two transformative days, the seminar brought together incoming Rotaract club officers from across the district for an intensive leadership and development experience. With a program filled with plenary talks, breakout sessions, and collaborative learning, the event aimed to equip Rotaractors with the tools and vision to lead with purpose in the coming Rotary Year.

The District Learning & Development Committee deserves heartfelt thanks for their dedication in curating this event. From strategic alignment to personal growth, every session added clarity, confidence, and community to the leadership journey of each participant.
